Our Process
- Drywood & Subteranean chemical treatment with termidor: Unlike any other termiticide Termidor termiticide/Insecticide kills termites through ingestion or contact. Because termites that come into direct contact with termidor subsequently carry it on their bodies they serve as carriers transferring the termiticide to other termites almost as though it were a virus. And the "Transfer Effect" doesn't stop there. Secondarily affected termites can also pass Termidor on to others through feeding or mere contact. Termites are social insects that live together n large colonies, feeding and grooming each other. The "Transfer Effect" makes the most of this. It's a key reason no other termiticide performs as well as Termidor. Termidor is also completely odorless. Which not only makes it more effective at killing termites, but helps ensure the comfort of customers and PMPs as well.
- Fumigation for dywood termite eradication of entire stucture: with use of vikane gas.
- Thermagation/heat treatment for dywood termite eradication: Think of fumigation with a new gas that is perfectly safe for humans to breathe. Hot air is used in lieu of gas. Air temperatures are raised to between 140F and 160 F. This is similar to temperatures inside a sauna or a car on a hot summer day. Thermagtion is especially beneficial in treated condominiums, apartments and commercial properties. The Ability to thoroughly treat one entire unit and not displace or inconvenience neighboring units is unique to our process and gives us a major advantage over other termite control methods. We section off a portion of the building and treat just that area but without having the homeowner vacate the building more than 6 to 8 hours.
