Long-term Prevention
As termites swarm during the warm weather months, 8 to 9 months of
the year, your only protection of your investment against termites, is
periodic inspections and treatment of the structure to detect and treat
infestations.
After a complete termite inspection and completion of the
recommended termite treatment, by Willis Exterminators "Annual Termite
Maintenance Program" is available.
The Annual Termite Maintenance Program includes the following:
- Complete inspection of structure made yearly upon renewal of contract.
- Local treatment of Drywood Termites and Subterranean Termites, at no additional cost.
- Termite inspection, for sale of property in escrow, at no additional cost.
- As needed treatment of termites seen by owner, during coverage period, at no additional cost. No additional trip charge.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE IS THE BEST PROTECTION AGAINST TERMITE INFESTATION.
**Termite maintenance programs are available without having to
fumigate (Tent) the structure first. You may do a secondary treatment,
in lieu of fumigation and still qualify for a Termite Maintenance
Program. Call our office for details.
